SHIPPING

All items are dispatched from Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number to your nominated email address once your order has been dispatched.

For domestic orders, please allow 3-7 business days after dispatch to receive your order.

For International orders, please allow 1-2 weeks after dispatch to receive your order.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and New Zealand orders exceeding $150.00 AUD, and express shipping for domestic orders exceeding $200.00 AUD. All other shipping prices are calculated at checkout. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Customs and foreign taxes may be payable before the release of your order by customs.

My Social Culture is not responsible for any charges incurred and we cannot provide an estimate of these costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

A returns or exchange claim must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, have their original tags attached and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Items exceeding 14 days are final sale.

To submit a return or exchange, please contact us at mysocialculture@gmail.com, listing your order number, full name, and reason for return.
For exchanges, please advise which item and size you want to exchange for.

We hold the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
